Wanted: Dead, Wild Hearts and more!

Good morning, and happy Monday, everyone! As we begin the new week, we have a huge slate of new releases to get excited for. Whether you want to blast into Wanted: Dead or take off on a hunt in Wild Hearts, there’s a new game for you. So, without further adieu, here are all the games coming out this week!

Wanted: Dead (Feb. 14)

Starting things off this week, we have Wanted: Dead. Developed by Soleil Ltd. and published by 110 Industries, this hybrid slasher/shooter puts players in the role of the elite police squad Zombie Unit. As a hard-boiled Hong Kong Cop, players face dangerous criminals through every highway, subway, and Broadway of dystopian future Hong Kong.

Players fight enemies in close-quarters combat and utilize long-distance weapons in the team’s own interpretation of “Gun Kata.” With cybernetic augmentations, you are a lethal agent proficient in dispatching enemies. Wanted: Dead blasts out to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC tomorrow.

Blanc (Feb. 14)

Diving into your home next is Blanc. Developed by Casus Ludi and published by Gearbox Publishing, this adventure game takes you on a poetic journey of a wolf cub and a fawn. After getting lost in a sudden snowstorm, the two will have to work together in order to find their families.

The game features a gorgeous hand-drawn black-and-white art design with text-free gameplay and storytelling. Each animal also has their own unique skills that require teamwork and cooperation in order to navigate the snowy landscapes. Blanc ventures out to Nintendo Switch and PC tomorrow.

Theatrhythm Final Bar Line (Feb. 16)

Then, Square Enix brings us a lineup of nearly 400 classic Final Fantasy songs in Theatrhythm Final Bar Line. The rhythm game also brings us over 100 cute variations of classic FF characters from throughout the series. As you gather your team, you’ll compete in rhythm battles as exciting action plays out alongside the music.

Throughout the game, you’ll power up your team and work through charming stages inspired by the RPG series. In addition, two players locally can complete stages in Pair Style and four players can battle in Online Multi-Battle. Theatrhythm Final Bar Line comes to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch this Thursday.

Tales of Symphonia Remastered (Feb. 17)

Tales of Symphonia Remastered is an updated version of the original JRPG from 2003. Developed by Namco Tales Studio and published by Bandai Namco, this game tells the story of Lloyd Irving. As the world slowly dies, prophecy foretells of a warrior that will bring balance and ignite the world in a rebirth of life.

The remastered version features new enhancements that retain the original experience, while improving quality of life features. Alongside a visual overhaul, the game will also feature improved gameplay and couch co-op. Tales of Symphonia Remastered journeys out to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on Friday.

The Settlers: New Allies (Feb. 17)

The Settlers: New Allies combines in-depth build-up experience with real-time strategic battles. Developed by Blue Byte and published by Ubisoft, this strategy game lets you choose among three unique factions, explore the world and prepare for battle.

The game offers an epic story-driven campaign set in the world of The Settlers, as well as the special Hardcore mode with additional challenges. In addition, you can compete online in thrilling skirmish battles against other players as well. The Settlers: New Allies marches out on Friday for PC.

A Weekend in Puzzleburg (Feb. 17)

If you love puzzle games, you won’t want to miss A Weekend in Puzzleburg. Blending the genre with slice-of-life RPG fun, developer and publisher Sunny Demeanor Games promises for a charming experience. Instead of fighting monsters or saving the world from impending doom, this relaxing title places you in the laid back town of Puzzleburg, known for its, well, puzzles of course.

Throughout the game, you’ll get to know the townspeople while you relax in this gaming vacation. With interesting characters and simple controls, you’ll get lost in this cozy title. A Weekend in Puzzleburg comes to PC this Friday.

Wild Hearts (Feb. 17)

Closing out this week is Wild Hearts. Developed by Koei Tecmo and published by EA, this action-packed game takes big-game hunting to a new level. Throughout the game, you’ll hunt down fierce giant creatures across the land of Azuma.

As you progress, you can craft new weapons and armor to grow stronger with each hunt. Can you rid Azuma of these horrific creatures? You can join the hunt in Wild Hearts when it comes to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC this Friday.
