SEGA Discovery Sale is now on, savings up to 90%

Fancy saving a hefty chunk of cash on some of your favorite SEGA games? Well, if you’re on the fence, perhaps I should mention just how hefty we’re talking: how does 90 percent sound? That’s nine tenths. Near enough to 95. Which is near enough to 100. Practically free, in other words, is what I’m saying.

Yep, according to InvisionCommunity, our favourite boys in blue are offering up a range of tremendous deals on a variety of titles from their diverse, ever-expanding portfolio of IPs. “From historic battlefields to the far reaches of undiscovered space, your new favourite experience awaits in the SEGA Discovery Sale!” hawks the press release. Now, details: up until the 30th of September (a.k.a three days’ time, just to render your Google calendar useless) these savings are live on Steam, and encompass such games as Two Point Hospital and Total War: Warhammer. That last one is particularly useful as its DLC is, shall we say, rather expensive.

All those brave men heading off to die, blissfully unaware their war effort is being funded entirely by microtransactions.

The report concludes: “the SEGA Discovery Sale kicks off with a journey to far-out fantasy worlds, featuring ‘Complete Your Collection’ bundle discounts of up to 61% for Total War: WARHAMMER and all its associated DLC, and 10% off all the Endless Universe titles.” Amongst other things, there are also “deals to be had on Total War: WARHAMMER II, A Total War Saga: TROY – Mythos, and a pre-order incentive for the hugely anticipated Total War: WARHAMMER III.”

Basically, if you like war, hammers, warhammers, hammers designed for war, or wars fought over hammers, you’re pretty much covered. If you don’t? Well, have a poke around. I’m sure there’s some footballs to be managed or hedgehogs to chuck about available in there too.

Will you be taking advantage of this sale? Let us know!
