Good news for players that enjoy mystery games! SEGA and PlayStation have announced that Judgment is now available on PlayStation Now for streaming and download! Judgment is being offered by the service in anticipation for the release of its sequel Lost Judgment on September 21, 2021. You can find the announcement tweet below.
There are some elements to mention. First, it is the PlayStation 4 version of the game on the service, NOT the PlayStation 5 upgrade edition. If you want to play that version, you can still buy it physically at retailers or digitally on the PlayStation Store. Second, there IS a PC app for PlayStation Now. You can find the download link for that here. It is only streaming available for the PC app though, so take that as you will. But there is some irony to the fact you can get it to work on PC at all given the fight behind the scenes with the series.
It’s good to see SEGA using any avenue they can to push Judgment before the release of Lost Judgment. I loved the game myself and I think it flew under the radar when it was initially released in 2019 here in the states. You can play Judgment on PS Now till October 4th, 2021.
