Tokyo Game Show stream schedule released, includes SEGA stream

Find out when SEGA will host their livestream for TGS 2021

SEGA recently set up a teaser website confirming their live stream during Tokyo Game Show 2021. As of today, Tokyo Game Show unveiled the official program for this year’s show.

Tokyo Game Show 2021 will be entirely online. The event runs from September 30 to October 3. The show will feature 44 programs, all distributed through online video platforms. Some major companies holding livestreams include Xbox, Square Enix, Capcom and SEGA.

SEGA’s livestream will run from 22:00 to 23:50 JST (9:00 am to 10:50 am EDT) October 1. Although it remains unconfirmed what they will announce, SEGA’s teaser website features the silhouettes of Sonic and Jack Frost. As those are the mascots for SEGA and Atlus, that could just be branding. However, as we are in the year of Sonic’s 30th anniversary, we may get an announcement relating to the blue blur.

Other companies with livestreams at Tokyo Game Show 2021 include Bandai Namco, 505 Games, Tencent and Konami. Konami will provide new information for Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. Tencent will unveil their new games collection. Their stream should be interesting to view due to the China-based company’s recent efforts to break into the Japanese gaming market.

Overall, TGS 2021 is sure to feature many announcements for the Japanese gaming market. Stay tuned to hear more information about Tokyo Game Show. As more announcements are made, the team at Mega Visions is dedicated to bringing you the latest news relating to the event.
