TMNT: Cowabunga Collection physical edition includes plenty of goodies — for a steep price

Get the game in a snazzy box plus a bunch of turtle-powered goodies. All for $150 USD.

We’re feeling the turtle power over here at Mega Visions. The new beat ’em up Shredder’s Revenge is on the way, and Konami is also releasing the Cowabunga Collection sometime this year. Including 13 TMNT games, it’s the ultimate package for Ninja Turtles fans. Konami has also revealed a physical edition for Cowabunga Collection, available in limited quantities.

The release includes:

  • Physical copy of the game with original box design by Kevin Eastman
  • Cloth poster (16″ by 24″) featuring Kevin Eastman’s adaptation of TMNT: Turtles in Time
  • Multi-layer acrylic diorama of Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo
  • Enamel pin set of five classic TMNT designs – The Technodrome, Turtle Blimp, Party Wagon, Shredder and Krang
  • 12 translucent comic style character trading cards based on TMNT: Tournament Fighters with appearances from Wingnut, Armaggon, Chrome Dome, War, Aska, Karai, and more
  • Full color artbook with 180 pages featuring a chapter dedicated to each of the 13 games in the compilation

All this comes with a steep price tag, however. The physical edition costs $150 USD. (It’s only available at retailers in the United States and Canada.) For the hardcore collector, you’re gonna be dumping a lot of dough.
