SEGA confirms Yakuza Kiwami’s PC release date

It turns out the sneaky GIF SEGA posted to Yakuza Kiwami’s Steam page did indeed hint its release date as SEGA has now confirmed it with a new gameplay video.

Yakuza Kiwami will officially release on Steam on Feb. 19. SEGA says this version is the “most extreme” as it supports 4K resolutions, uncapped framerates, custom controls and ultra-widescreen support.

We’ve also learned that SEGA is once again working with Lab42 Games to port Yakuza Kiwami to PC. They previously ported Yakuza 0 to Steam last year.

The game is now available for digital pre-order on Steam for $17.99, which includes a 10 percent discount (it expires on Feb. 19). There’s also exclusive bonus content, like avatars, wallpapers and a digital manga.
