Retro-Bit Gaming announces new SEGA Genesis controller, The Big 6

If you’re a fan of playing games with a SEGA Genesis controller that’s more responsive than its ’90’s counterparts, you probably know about Retro-Bit Gaming.

The company has made multiple types of controllers for the Sega Genesis, Master System, and Saturn. Now they’ve announced their next version of their popular controllers. Coming soon is The Big 6 controller for the Genesis!

Meet The Big 6 – a new SEGA Genesis controller

The Retro-bit Gaming controller will come in three types. An original port version that works with consoles, a wired USB version for USB consoles and PCs, and a wireless 2.4 GHz USB-C version.

You can check out the announcement tweet below:

I can personally vouch for Retro-Big Gaming and their controllers. My brother and I got their standard SEGA Genesis wired controller for PC and have had no issues with it. Three years after purchase, it still works as well as the day they were bought.

The Big 6 looks to be a beast of a new model that I am curious to see in action with each version. Especially if the USB and wireless versions could work with the Switch when SEGA Genesis games come to Nintendo Online.

No release date has been given yet for the Big 6. We will update in the future when more information becomes available. Are you curious about Retro-Bit Gaming’s new The Big 6 SEGA Genesis controller? Let us know below!
