Help Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs get Greenlit on Steam

Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs was successfully funded on Kickstarter in October 2015, and the game is inching closer and closer to its planned Q2 2017 release. Its developer, Team Saber Rider, has recently launched the game on Steam Greenlight and is asking fans to help vote for the game to get it launched on the digital service.

Saber Rider is a 16-bit style 2D shooter based on the space-western anime series from the ’80s.  “The Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs series features a thrilling space western themed storyline, four main heroes, a giant cowboy mech called Ramrod, some badass enemies called Outriders, with their leaders Gattler the Rattler, Jesse Blue the traitor and Nemesis,” according to its description.

The game raised more than $96,000 with 1,072 backers during its Kickstarter campaign and will release on the Dreamcast, Nintendo 3DS, PC Engine and Steam (PC, Mac, Linux). You can vote for the game on Steam Greenlight here.
