Do you love the feel of old-school boomer shooters? Do you miss the days when Doom and Wolfenstein were at the top of the shooter genre? Then you’ve probably heard about Turbo Overkill

The shooter, developed by Trigger Happy Entertainment and published by Apogee, saw the release of its first episode earlier this year. Now, it has been confirmed that episode 2 is around the corner. Early access begins on October 31st for the second part of this cyberpunk bloodfest. You can check out the announcement trailer below.

personally reviewed chapter 1 of the game earlier this year. And I can say this trailer looks like it is already fixing a lot of the issues I had with the part I played. More weapons, more abilities, more environments, and a chainsaw bike!? The variety in gameplay and environments in the trailer has me giddy to jump back in. Hopefully, this time I get a better grasp on how to utilize every ability and weapon. I don’t get my ass kicked consistently again.

Turbo Overkill is available now on PC. Console ports for PlayStation and Xbox are planned, but no date has been confirmed yet. Are you excited about more shooting and chainsaw escapades? Let us know in the comments below!
