The Evercade EXP will come with 18 pre-installed Capcom games

Games include Mega Man, Street Fighter II and more!

This morning, Evercade revealed that 18 Capcom games will come pre-installed on the Evercade EXP.

In the new trailer, Evercade shows off footage of the 18 different Capcom classics coming to the new handheld console. The games include 14 arcade titles, as well as eight console ports from multiple fan-favorite series like Street Fighter and Mega Man. In addition, the pre-installed games, such as 1942 and Commando, will support the EXP’s TATE Mode, which allows you play the games vertically. Enjoy classic games with modern quality of life features!

Since all of the titles come pre-installed on the device, this means players will not need to install anything. Because of this, all 18 games are playable right out of the box by simply selecting The Capcom Collection from the main menu.

In addition all of the games are fully compatible with the same features as everything else on the handheld console. This includes save states, bezels, as well as scanlines. In addition, you can also play all of the games on your TV as well.

  • Vulgus™ (Arcade version)
  • Mega Man (8-bit)
  • Mega Man 2 (8-bit)
  • Mega Man X (16-bit)

About the Evercade EXP

In May, Evercade and parent company Blaze Entertainment unveiled their latest handheld device, described to be “on par” with the Evercade VS. Dubbed the Evercade EXP, this new handheld portable console includes 4 GBs of RAM, a 1.5 Ghz. processor, a 4.3-inch IPS screen (480p) and the ability to play the full Evercade library. In addition, it also offers the all-new TATE Mode, which allows you to play shooters vertically.
