Sonic fan remakes Hill Top Zone in Sonic Adventure mod

One thing you’ve got to love about SEGA Nerds and Sonic fans is their talent and willingness to keep on delivering new content for old games. And one fan known as ‘Kell’ has managed to remake Hill Top Zone from Sonic 2 into a 3D Sonic Adventure DX stage.

Kell showcased the stage in a Tweet a few days ago (above). The level replaces Sonic Adventure‘s Red Mountain stage and lets you play as Sonic, Knuckles and Gamma.

Plus it has enemies and level interactions modelled after the original Sonic 2 level (fun seesaws, anyone?). And it even includes a custom boss battle! It’s pretty damn impressive.
