Point & click game Dráscula: The Vampire Strikes Back seeking funding for Dreamcast port

Spanish developer Erbe Software is looking to port their animated Lucas Arts-era adventure Dráscula: The Vampire Strikes Back to the Dreamcast.

Erbe is only seeking about $4,000 to fund the Dráscula, with a physical Dreamcast version costing €35, plus shipping.

From the KickStarter page:

In “Dráscula: The Vampire Strikes Back”, you are John Hacker, a common guy sent by a British property company to speak with ‘Count Dráscula’ about some lands. By chance you meet a gorgeous blond girl who is kidnapped by the Count himself, and you, John Hacker, set on a fun yet dangerous quest to rescue her.

It is a Spanish 2D classic point & click style adventure with tons of humor and an easy interface, now on Steam and soon in Android devices. We LOVE SEGA Dreamcast, so we want to publish a exclusive limited edition for this console of the game through Kickstarter. It will be avaible with interface and subtitles in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish, and also full audio in English and Spanish.

You can support the campaign here, and snag yourself a PC, Android, or Dreamcast copy of the game when it launches later this year.

Correction: Earlier post stated the Dreamcast version cost €10.
