Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl adds Hugh Neutron, Jenny, and Rocko

The internet can be a magical place. People can come together collectively and make their voices heard for beautiful things. Like adding dorky Dad Hugh Neutron to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl

No, you read that right. After fans (and his voice actor Mark DeCarlo) campaigning on the internet for months, Ludosity revealed today the duck-loving Dad from Jimmy Neutron will be a part of the second DLC pack. Coming along with him are X-J9 AKA Jenny from My Life As a Teenage Robot and Rocko from Rocko’s Modern Life. You can check out the reveal trailer below.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl did it. They actually did it!

I can’t believe the internet won again. Hugh Neutron is beloved by fans of Jimmy Neutron and memers for his quirky Dad energy. I never thought Ludosity would actually get him in over Jimmy. But it’s fantastic to see that the dev team is clearly keeping an eye on the fans. Or else there’s no way this would have been possible. Oh, and shout out to Mark DeCarlo for helping the fans out in the campaign. As you can see in the tweet below, he’s just as happy!

It’s also not fair to overshadow the other two additions. Jenny’s inclusion should be celebrated since My Life As a Teenage Robot was not one of Nickelodeon’s bigger hits in its run. But it has a fanbase that still adores it. And Rocko? Well, Rocko’s Modern Life is my personal favorite Nickelodeon cartoon of all time. So yes. I screamed when he was revealed. I can certainly admit I have no shame.

There is no official release date or price for the DLC pack yet. But we do know Jenny will be released this spring, Hugh this summer, and Rocko this fall. Are you excited to see these new fighters coming to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl? Will it make you pick the game back up or give it a try? Let us know in the comments below!
