Hideki Kamiya made quite a stir yesterday on Twitter when he said he’d like to release Bayonetta 1 on Wii U before the second game ships.
For the ppl who haven’t played Bayo1 yet but want to play Bayo2, I think it’s good idea to release Bayo1 before Bayo2. I hope that’ll happen

Soon after the above tweet, a follower asked if he thinks if Platinum Games would be able to get the first game ported to Wii U before Bayonetta 2 ships, and Kamiya confirmed they could.
Being that this is the Internet, naturally, a social media drive ensued by fans called Operation Dead Angels. Their goal is to bombard Nintendo on Twitter to show how much they want the original game on the Wii U. If you see any tweets along the lines of “@Nintendo @NintendoEurope @NintendoAmerica We want the original Bayonetta on the Wii U! Have @platinumgames port it, pls!! #BayonettaWiiU” try joining in on the fun.
