Judgment sequel suggested after series of new Japanese trademarks

Second game incoming?

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and their series of Yakuza titles (plus Judgment) was a remedy to my broken, Shenmue soul. They filled the 15-year gap between Shenmue II and III, really improving upon Yu Suzuki’s brainchild. They became a league of their own.

If you were yearning for another taste of that Judgment pie, SEGA is ready to serve another slice (Terrible analogy). According to Gematsu, the Japanese developer published a series of new trademarks:

Sega

Based on that middle title, Lost Judgment could be the sequel fans were craving. SEGA Music could be their branding for their enormous library of soundtracks. Could it be a new game in the same vein as Wii Music?? Perhaps.

Other Japanese game giants submitted their own trademarks. Check them out below:

Amanita

Koei Tecmo Games

Konami Digital Entertainment

  • The Keisatsukan” (Japanese title for the arcade and PlayStation 2 game Police 911 / Police 24/7)

Square Enix
