Grab your Dreamcast and hoverboard because TrickStyle is coming to vinyl!

TrickStyle might not have been the best Dreamcast launch title, but it certainly was one of the most stylish. Over the years, its gained a good following, and now Respawned Records has announced TrickStyle’s official soundtrack is coming to vinyl.

There’s no official release date for TrickStyle’s OST, but it will be available on Respawned Records’ online store.

TrickStyle was developed by Criterion Games and published by Acclaim Entertainment. It was originally released as a launch title for the Dreamcast and then on the PC about 10 months later. Upon release, It received mixed, but mostly averaged scores.

In a review for The New York Times, J.C. Herz called it a game that “inspires hardware lust”, calling the physics “dreamy” and graphics “razor sharp and achingly hip” In a retrospective, Eurogamer called it a cult classic, and was overlooked as Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater was released.
