Disney Classic Games Collection with both Genesis and SNES versions coming this Fall

Nighthawk Interactive has announced that they are expanding upon their Disney Classic Games Collection this fall. The first release had the SEGA Genesis version of Aladdin and The Lion King. The new collection will see the multiple versions of each game and various versions of The Jungle Book join the package! You can check out the trailer below:

It’s nice to see the SNES and Game Boy versions of each game now available to play again. The ability to rewind, skip, or watch any bit of the game is a blessing considering how hard some of the games are. Bit of a bummer to anyone who bought the first collection. No word on if existing owners will be able to upgrade their current collection. If not, it looks like I have a game on my shelf to sell before the fall. The new collection trumps the old one by a mile.

Disney Classic Games Collection is set to release this fall for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The game will come physically and digitally with one of four retro manuals included in the physical release. Are you excited to jump back into these 16-bit Disney gems? Let us know below!
